Your missions

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, storage zones, and floors.
• Manage and sort kitchen waste and recycling according to hotel standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules.
• Report any equipment issues and work with the technical team for repairs.
• Support the kitchen team by contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Your profile

• Physical endurance and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team spirit and good communication.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience (an asset).
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to serve an international clientele.
