Reporting to the Director of Restaurant Outlets, the Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage services, including the restaurant, bar, and room service. In general, this position is responsible for service efficiency, employee management, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the respective departments.

 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Support employees through training and development

• Manage and coordinate the restaurant’s daily operations

• Ensure compliance with company standards

• Monitor inventory levels and product quality

• Oversee scheduling and reservations

• Make operational decisions as required

• Remain identifiable and accessible to guests at all times

• Handle customer issues and requests promptly and effectively

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a unionized environment

• Advanced knowledge of computer applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and restaurant software such as Micros and OpenTable

• Ability to work effectively within a team

Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) in both spoken and written communication is required for this position, as we serve an international clientele.
